Graphicat Sketch 6

Good afternoon all you crazy crafty peeps! It's time for another fab sketch from Graphicat Sketches! This went live yesterday, and I'm not entirely sure why I can't seem to get a single one of these cards done on time, but it just seems to happen that way...I think a puking kid is a pretty good excuse though!

Here's my take on the sketch: I used the very fun Cheshire Cat from Kraftin Kimmie and paired it with one of my favourite sentiments from Graphicat Designs, from the Tea Set.

All papers are from Graphic 45 and the flourishes are cut from a Tim Holtz die with grungeboard, painted black then stickled. I cut the shapes behind the cat with quickutz and spellbinders dies with my vagabond, and the "stamp" die cuts are cut with my Cameo. The ribbon is from my stash and I dirtied it up with some black soot Distress Ink (it was way too bright white before)

So get sketchy and link it up here for a chance to win this gorgeous 6x6 paper pack from BoBunny!!

Happy Crafting!!

I'm entering this card into the following challenges: Whoopsie Daisy Challenges: Anything Goes
Art With No Boundaries: Anything Goes

Oh my goodness! I love your card! Great use of the sketch. I love how you've taken apart the Alice in Wonderland paper, matted each square and then created such a wonderful mosaic background. The purple striped cat on top of the center die cut looks fabulous and really works so perfectly with the tan and black color palette. Great job! Thanks for joining us at Simon Says Stamp and Show. <3 Candy

Way to go piling on those challenges, chickie! I like that wild tea party sentiment, too, and it seems to go perfectly with the cheshire cat! All right, will I ever get in on one of Cheri's challenges? I don't know, man, but I like this sketch, so maybe I'll give it a go! Hugs, Rox.
